In testing the Brooklinen Classic Core and Parachute Percale sheets, there are more similarities than differences. Both are extremely cool and crisp against your skin, creating an even temperature that never gets too hot. Both sets of sheets have a very comparable feel; light, airy, with a slightly coarse, matte finish that’s common to a percale weave.
After five wash cycles, both sets softened considerably, but still maintained their wonderful, breathable quality. While we did not find any durability concerns, a select few Brooklinen Classic Core customers have voiced concerns about pilling over time; Parachute owners report almost no issues with pilling or tearing.
