Brooklinen ships to all fifty states. Brooklinen also currently ships internationally to Australia, Belgium, Canada, the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macao, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States Minor Outlying Islands. Additional taxes or charges may apply upon delivery, particularly for international orders.

If your order was placed before 1pm EST on a business day, it should ship out that same day. Brooklinen aims to get expedited orders out as quickly as possible.

Brooklinen will ship to P.O. boxes through USPS.

If one item in an order is out of stock, Brooklinen will wait until everything is available before shipping. Contact Brooklinen if you would like them to send your other items sooner.

Orders of $750 or more will require a signature for delivery.

Brooklinen offers a 365-night sleep trial for the Classic Sheet.

Returns and exchanges are offered for a period of 365 days after the original purchase. Brooklinen will cover any return shipping costs for US orders. Exchanges after the year trial period will only be allowed for manufacturer defects and product breakdowns.

Returns are refunded to the original form of payment. If the refund is unable to process with the original form of payment, you will receive the refunded amount as store credit instead.

Returns and exchanges are not available for items listed as Final Sale.

Parachute ships to all fifty states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Parachute currently ships internationally to American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Australia, Canada, Germany, New Zealand, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Parachute also offers shipping to military addresses.

Parachute offers free shipping on orders to the US and Canada. Parachute calculates the cost of shipping, taxes, and duties upfront for international fees so you will not have to pay anything extra upon delivery.

Standard shipping for sheets takes about four to seven business days. International orders take about ten to fifteen business days. Orders must be placed on a business day before 9:00 am PST to be shipped out that day.

Expedited shipping is available for domestic orders under “Next day” and “Two day” shipping at checkout. It is not possible to select expedited shipping once an order has been placed.

Parachute offers a 90-night sleep trial for the Percale Sheet.

Parachute will accept returns for any reason on most products within ninety days of receipt, including sheet sets.

Returns can be carried out by mail, or in person at a Parachute store or Happy Returns location. Returns by mail must be postmarked within ninety days of delivery receipt. Free return shipping is available for US orders, although there will be no reimbursement for original shipping and handling fees.

Exchanges are limited and only available for the same product in an alternate color. If a product is not eligible for an exchange, Parachute recommends returning it and placing a new order.

Returned bedding that has been used is donated to Habitat for Humanity. Final sale items may not be exchanged or returned.

Parachute offers no warranty.

Parachute’s warranty programs are limited to down and down alternative products only. Sheet sets can only be returned or exchanged within the trial period.

If your product is not covered by a warranty and has a manufacturer’s defect upon receipt, Parachute encourages reaching out to their Customer Experience team right away. Returns on defective products are allowed within one year of purchase.

Parachute specifically notes that discoloration is not considered a manufacturer’s defect, and encourages customers to review their product care page to prevent discoloration.
